“What you hope for when doing work to your home is someone you can be comfortable with, trust and really feel that you can discuss any aspect of the works.  James is creative, full of suggestions and incredibly easy to work with.  We inherited an existing cellar area that suffered from damp and very poor access.  James took on the entire aspect of the design, ran us through multiple options and was able to transform it into the most wonderful utility area and extended storage.  He was able to line the basement to stop the damp, put in a new staircase for access, solved multiple problems including opening up a previously very dark space in the house along with plenty of creative touches.  It was great to work with someone who had genuine interest in their work and endeavoured to constantly improve on the original concept.  We feel this would have been very difficult to achieve with many builders who would not give such a personalised service.  We could not be happier with the result. ”
